Job Description

  • Lead the mapping of existing accounts to the new functional cost classification/taxonomy.
  • Drive validation and integrity of cost and FTE data.
  • Coordinate validation activities with Site Finance Leads.
  • Work with FP&A, HR, IT and other stakeholders to resolve data and process issues.
  • Provide SME input into the design and implementation of functional reporting.
  • Lead testing and validation of functional reporting outputs.
  • Deliver functional reporting and supporting commentary.
  • Embed functional cost mapping and reporting into ongoing FP&A and accounting processes.
  • Provide SME support for the FY28 budget process.
  • Establish sustainable site-level ownership and governance.
  • Provide regular project governance and progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong project, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory accounting environments.
  • No significant availability constraints between now and March 2027.
