Take the lead in driving planning and shaping senior‑level decisions with strong financial insights!

At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for an ambitious and high‑performing FP&A Controller who is driven to excel, eager to progress, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance culture. Supporting our Peripherals and Services Sub Business Units (SBU's), as well as the wider Endpoint organisation, you will play a pivotal role in leading key planning cycles, delivering accurate and detail‑driven financial insights, and influencing senior stakeholders through robust analysis and forward‑looking modelling. This is more than a support role—it’s an opportunity to challenge, improve, and continuously raise the bar, partnering with the business to identify opportunities and unlock performance.

We’re not here to sell you a job. We’re here to invite you into a culture that values curiosity, celebrates diverse perspectives, and believes that great leadership starts with listening.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Here’s a list of some of our perks but what really sets us apart is the way we work together. We’re big on trust, transparency, and making space for moments that matter.

  • Hybrid working

  • Private healthcare, matched pension, enhanced parental & family leave

  • “Moments that matter” paid time off (yes, even for your pet’s birthday)

  • Four Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion and belonging

  • Clear progression paths and benchmarked salaries

  • Sustainability — we’re building a greener future. We’ve reduced energy consumption in our UK offices by 19.2% year-on-year. It’s not just a goal, it’s a commitment.

  • A culture that values every voice and celebrates diverse perspectives

These values drive everything we do, they’re not just posters on the wall:

  • Own it

  • Grow and Win

  • Dare to Go

  • Do the Right Thing

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the AOP and forecasting cycles for your SBU's with a strong focus on accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement; confidently challenge and refine business submissions.

  • Build and maintain detailed, forward‑looking financial models that enable better decision‑making and highlight risks and opportunities early.

  • Deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven reporting, KPIs, and board‑ready presentations with a strong attention to detail and narrative clarity.

  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and driving a culture of accountability and performance.

  • Proactively monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying areas to optimise cash and improve operational efficiency.

  • Take ownership of broader FP&A responsibilities, continuously looking for ways to enhance processes, improve accuracy, and drive best‑in‑class performance standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a complex organisation.

  • Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to progress and take on increasing responsibility.

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset, with a track record of working in a high‑performance environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/TM1 or similar tools is advantageous.

  • Able to prioritise effectively and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.

If you are passionate about turning financial data into strategic decisions, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy collaborating with senior leaders to shape business outcomes, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.

At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing. These principles shape how we work with each other, our partners, and our communities as we drive innovation and create lasting impact.

What’s In It For You?

  • Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.
  • Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.
  • Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It’s not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed. Join us in celebrating our global diversity through inclusive education, meaningful peer-to-peer conversations, and equitable growth and development opportunities.
  • Make the Most of our Global Organization: Network with other new co-workers within your first 30 days through our onboarding program.
  • Connect with Your Community: Participate in internal, peer-led inclusive communities and activities, including business resource groups, local volunteering events, and more environmental and social initiatives.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway.

At TD SYNNEX, we’re proud to be recognized as a great place to work and a leader in the promotion and practice of diversity, equity and inclusion. If you’re excited about working for our company and believe you’re a good fit for this role, we encourage you to apply. You may be exactly the person we’re looking for!
