Job Description

FP&A Business Intelligence Intern  

📍 Location: UK, US, Mexico or Europe (Hybrid or Remote) 
 Duration: 12 Months 

 

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Business Intelligence Intern to join our Global FP&A Transformation team. This role sits within our PRIME (Planning, Reporting & Insights Modernisation Environment) programme and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Data and Business Intelligence. 

You will play a key role in supporting global financial reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights. 

You’ll support a global FP&A transformation programme, working at the intersection of finance and data to deliver high-quality insights and reporting. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Analyse and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks 

  • Maintain and enhance BI models, reports, and dashboards (PRIME / SAP Analytics Cloud) 

  • Support month-end processes and deliver consistent, standardised financial reporting 

  • Identify and resolve system and data issues, contributing to automation and process improvements 

  • Create and maintain documentation and trackers to support reporting processes 

  • Collaborate with global FP&A and cross functional teams to deliver data-driven insights 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similar  

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office capability  

  • Strong interest in data, finance, and business intelligence 

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability  

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English 

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAC) would be ideal
