Lead European supply chain finance as a strategic partner to SC leadership and the CFO. Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, cost disruption programs, risk and control, reporting and team development to improve performance, capital allocation and operational efficiency across Europe.

Lead risk‑based internal audits across financial and operational processes, develop audit plans and scopes, manage outsourced providers, perform quality reviews, mentor staff, report findings to Audit & Risk Committee, and drive process improvements and follow-up on actions.

Lead and deliver a global Serialisation+ transformation programme by defining vision, governance, budgets, KPIs and benefits. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (IoT, asset digitalisation, platforms, integrations, data, change management), manage vendors, support project managers, ensure deployment readiness, and transition solutions to BAU.

Own the global tracking product vision and roadmap for Brambles' IoT-based asset tracking. Drive adoption, align with ERP/CRM and engineering, lead agile delivery, define KPIs, conduct user research, prioritize features, and iterate post-launch to deliver measurable supply-chain value.

Lead FP&A for Global IT and Functions: manage budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, CapEx tracking, spend analysis, BI collaboration, financial modelling, process automation, and stakeholder engagement to drive cost productivity and informed decision-making.

Prepare and file corporate and withholding tax returns across European jurisdictions; perform monthly tax reconciliations; support tax audits and respond to authorities; maintain compliance calendars and SOPs; coordinate with external advisers and internal teams; assist tax provisioning and reporting; drive process improvements and automation (Alteryx); monitor legislative changes affecting compliance.
