Lead global engineering strategy and execution for pallet pooling and supply chain operations. Drive automation, Plant of the Future initiatives, engineering standards, safety, sustainability, capital investment governance, and build global engineering capability across multiple countries.

Maintain, validate, and troubleshoot production Machine Vision and Machine Learning inspection applications. Execute testing, simulation, and cybersecurity patch validation; develop automation and deployment tools; implement software modifications; collect and analyse operational data; produce test documentation and reports; and collaborate with IT Security, infrastructure, and global ML/inspection teams to sustain performance and drive continuous improvement.

Lead Brambles' enterprise data foundations program: define and scale data strategy, governance, MDM, metadata, data quality and architecture; coordinate cross-functional delivery, embed data into ERP/analytics/digital programmes, build teams, and ensure compliance and global adoption.
