Partners with global Technology Services and corporate leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions. Leads talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, transformation, and change initiatives. Provides employee relations guidance, coaches leaders, supports organizational effectiveness, and manages employee lifecycle processes while collaborating with HR teams to ensure compliant and effective service delivery.

Manage enterprise talent programs across global functions, including succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility, talent reviews, employee engagement, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives. Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and regional talent directors to improve talent visibility, career movement, development planning, and organizational capability across a matrixed global business.

Leads European tax strategy, compliance, risk management, audits, M&A tax activities, transfer pricing, intercompany funding, and tax authority relationships across 30 countries. Advises business units, supports growth and restructuring, and manages a large regional tax team. Requires extensive global tax experience, strong VAT expertise, leadership capability, stakeholder influence, Big Four experience, and a tax or accounting qualification.
