We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today.

The role

As a Founder's Associate you will work primarily with the COO, completing essential operational tasks needed to scale a company. BLP Digital has a growing base of global customers, with entire functions not yet in existence: an ops backbone, a people function, and new market offices across continents. Your job is to build those functions from zero, with the resources and momentum of a scaleup behind you and the ownership and pace of a seed stage startup.

As you build, you will learn fast and make your first real steps in the startup world. Over time you will find where you are strongest, and the expectation is that you grow into leading one of the functions you helped create, with a team you helped build.

What you will work on

Scaling the operations infrastructure so the company stays functional as headcount and geographies multiply.

Building the AI infrastructure that powers how we hire, sell, and operate across markets.

Standing up the people function as we open offices in London, the US East Coast, and beyond.

Driving international expansion in the UK and US, from legal and compliance to first hires on the ground.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a STEM graduate from a top university, with excellent organisational skills, and genuine curiosity about how companies are built. You will have an advantage if you are someone who reaches for the best AI tools as genuine leverage, not as a novelty. You are energised by ambiguity and want to own problems rather than coordinate on them. If you are considering founding a company or entering venture capital with real operator experience first, this role is for you. No specific prior work experience required. Internships, side projects, and self-taught skills all count if you can demonstrate transferable-skills and act professionally. We care mainly that you are someone who can get things done.

Desirable skills

  • The ability to code scripts, automations, or internal tools is a strong plus.

  • Professional proficiency in German is an advantage, but not essential.

What you get

Direct mentorship from the COO, the resources of a scaleup, and the ownership of a startup. You will build something real, find your calling in a specific discipline, and lead the team around it. Grow into a future founder, a team lead, or an operator who knows exactly how companies are built. Competitive salary and equity. Based in London or Zurich.
