monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our Professional Services team! In this role, you will train, advise and consult, and build with customers to optimize their use of the monday.com AI work platform during the course of an AI transformation, implementation, or ongoing managed services engagement. You will design and build the AI-native solutions that get them there, from intelligent workflows and agents to the automations and reporting their business relies on. You will run engagements both independently and as a part of a delivery team collaborating with deployment strategists and engineers.

Please note that this is a hybrid position with three days/week in our London office.

About the Role
  • Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for monday.com customers, designing and building tailored solutions using agents, vibe-coded applications, and other advanced capabilities of the monday AI work platform.

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, running the discovery that uncovers their desired business outcomes, and ensure successful adoption of the solutions you deliver across their organization.

  • Consult on business process design, mapping how work moves through a customer's organization and recommending the process changes that should be made before the solution is built.

  • Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.

  • Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for our customers.

  • Act as the project manager on standalone engagements, building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budget, and delivering defined scope alongside a deployment strategist on larger ones.

  • Run online webinars, training sessions, consultations, and one-on-one demos that show customers how our product capabilities translate into business value.

  • Produce the documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts for your engagements that allow customers to operate, maintain, and extend what you built independently.

  • Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.

  • Contribute the patterns and reusable assets you develop in the field back to our shared asset library.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a forward-deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.

  • Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.

  • Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building intelligent workflows and agents.

  • Familiarity with what keeps AI reliable in production, including human review, checking outputs, and knowing when a deterministic automation is the better answer.

  • Strong problem solving skills, rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and an understanding of relational data structures.

  • Business process design and consulting experience, with the business acumen to frame an engagement around customer outcomes, and the judgment to read the implicit problem behind an explicit request.

  • Working knowledge of integration platforms (make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations yourself, with foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus.

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives, and to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies across a changing set of customers and industries.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, comfortable running engagements independently and working across several at once.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and the ability to take initiative and adapt.

  • BA or BS degree preferred.
