Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Lead and Coordinate Daily F&D Operations
Ensure smooth service during assigned shifts and oversee the overall operation of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
Maintain a visible presence on the floor, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. 

Support and Guide the F&D Team
Act as the link between Waiters and Supervisors, providing operational guidance, coordinating breaks, motivating team members, and ensuring service standards are met. 

Maintain Quality, Cleanliness, and Standards
Ensure all outlets are clean, well-presented, properly stocked, and operating in line with Hilton brand standards and procedures.

Coach and Develop Team Members
Conduct daily briefings, support training and onboarding, and help team members develop their skills to deliver consistent service excellence.
 

Qualifications

Do you see yourself as our F&D Shiftleader? Then we are looking for you! Besides an enthusiastic personality, you are/have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as in a Food & Drinks environment leading a team on shift;
  • A true team player and capable of building and motivating a team;
  • Independent and responsible;
  • A 'Hands on' mentality: you are proactive and do not shy away from challenges;
  • Good knowledge of wine and food;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English;
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends;
