First Line Leader

Job Purpose

As a First Line Leader, you will not only drive operational performance but also develop and empower your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key in ensuring alignment with site operational programs and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of manufacturing professionals, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to achieve performance goals.
• Build capability and engagement within your team through effective communication, mentoring, and development planning.
• Drive alignment with GSK Quality and Manufacturing System requirements for the production of Pharmaceutical drugs, OTC products, and Medical Devices.
• Ensure compliance across critical areas, including:
  • Training and competency development
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
  • Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving
  • Non-conformance management
  • Audits and regulatory readiness
  • Calibration verification
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in a cGMP environment
• Experience in compliance and operational excellence

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Proven ability to lead teams and assess individual and team performance
• Strong auditing experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions
