Job Description

The role of Financial Operations Supervisor is really important to us. Your role will play a key part of the customers experience with Radius, ensuring best in class performance, value of money and customer communications.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be… 

  • Full end to end management of customer invoicing processes
  • Driving process improvements to continue to streamline processes and find efficiencies in existing tasks
  • Ensure all invoicing is completed within agreed timescales for the fuel business within the Radius Group, ensuring a high degree of accuracy for all invoicing and is completed within agreed timescales.
  • Following procedures and strong controls to ensure processes are completed in full and to a best-in-class standard.
  • Checking accurate processing of Direct Debits in line with strict deadlines.
  • Complete reconciliations using multiple data sources to ensure completeness of revenue.
  • Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with all key stakeholders relating to this role.
  • Handle administrative and billing-oriented duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Assist the Financial Operations Manager with ad hoc projects as and when necessary.
  • Managing the shared mailbox to ensure all queries are addressed within agreed SLAs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a Finance or Operations related role.
  • Ability to influence and effect change with a strong group of stakeholders..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance colleagues and external stakeholders to gather relevant information.
  • Experience of fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career.
  • Track record of delivering process improvements and harbouring a continuous improvement methodology.
  • Autonomous self-starter.
  • Proactive action-based bias and problem solving.
  • Resilience in fast paced demanding environment.
  • Strong ‘can do’ attitude.
