What You’ll Be Doing- Produce statutory accounts for Group Holding and Logistics companies
- Own the end-to-end preparation of statutory accounts across multiple legal entities
- Review balance sheets to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify control improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance across all relevant financial processes
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors across multiple entities
- Stay up to date with accounting standards, company law, and apply these across reporting
- Deliver ad-hoc technical accounting projects and financial reviews
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and manual journal entries
- Build strong working relationships across Shared Services, EMEA, Corporate Controllership and tax teams
- Month end close support through financial analysis
- Report creation
- Support wider projects as required
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Proven experience producing complex statutory accounts across multiple entities
- High proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Background within a Top 20 accounting firm (desirable)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate challenges with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and remote teams
