- Deliver reliable, well‑controlled finance systems
- Improve decision‑making through better data
- Create simpler, more efficient ways of working
- Get more value from our technology investments
- Own and support Workday Financials, ensuring users get timely, practical help
- Manage incidents and service requests, keeping communication clear and focused
- Work closely with Procurement, IT and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes
- Support system changes, releases and enhancements from design through to delivery
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to prioritise improvements
- Strengthen controls, access management and governance across Finance systems
- Create clear guidance and training to build user confidence
- Experience supporting Workday Financials in a Finance environment
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and data
- A practical mindset — you can diagnose issues and find workable solutions
- Confidence working across teams and explaining complex topics clearly
- Experience managing system support, change and continuous improvement
- A focus on users — you make systems easier to understand and use
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar), or equivalent experience
