We're looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Womenswear leadership team, providing insight, challenge and support to drive profitable growth across one of the UK's most iconic fashion businesses.

This is a highly commercial role where you'll combine strategic thinking with strong financial planning and analysis capabilities. You'll influence key decisions across trading, pricing, stock, investment and long-term strategy, helping to deliver sustainable growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Own the financial performance of Womenswear, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sales, profit, stock and cash targets through proactive commercial insight and challenge.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring robust plans support business objectives.
  • Drive profitable growth through analysis of trading performance, scenario modelling, pricing, promotions and investment decisions.
  • Optimise stock performance and working capital efficiency, balancing customer demand with commercial returns.
  • Build strong partnerships across Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Online and Customer Insight teams while driving continuous improvement across Commercial Finance.

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or business partnering roles.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight, recommendations and strategic actions.
  • Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance management within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Confident influencing, challenging and building credibility with senior stakeholders, supported by strong commercial acumen.
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
