Opportunity to join the Finance function at Haleon Home - Haleon in London for 3 years, starting in September 2026; Are you a final year student or recent Graduate looking to kick start your career in Finance. You will have the opportunity to work directly with and learn from an experienced team who will support you to reach your full potential. During your 3 years at Haleon you will have the opportunity to work in three different roles within various Finance teams, while studying for your CIMA qualification.
Finance Graduate Opportunities:
Treasury
• Complete month end activities e.g. review of global net debt, LOC cash balances and financial income/expense, follow up with operating units and resolve issues as necessary.
- Ensure LOCs are appropriately financed, and local cash is repatriated.
• Raise awareness of, and reduce, foreign exchange exposures.
• Complete ad hoc analysis for Treasury management team, as required.
Global Tax Projects
- Contribute to the implementation of the Haleon Tax Strategy through assisting on relevant projects, for example cash repatriation and group structure simplification, group funding arrangements and mergers and acquisitions.
- Business partner with internal stakeholders, e.g. local tax teams in overseas jurisdictions, Group Accounting, Legal and Treasury.
- Preparation of key tax forms and governance documentation, e.g. withholding tax, dividends and other internal transactions.
Indirect Tax
- Working with to support internal stakeholders and with external advisors on global Indirect Tax initiatives.
- Conducting indirect tax research on countries to assist with key strategic decision making.
- Providing support on VAT audits, strategy setting and reviewing rates of country’s across Europe.
- Providing VAT analysis of trade routes and implementing VAT saving opportunities.
Education Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree, (preference for a degree with some element of Finance, Accounting or Business content).
Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2026 and provided proof of Degree.
Role Start Date: September 2026

- Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
- One Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on you motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
Interviews will be held in November/December 2025
