The Global CFO Office team is looking for an experienced Finance Communications Manager, who will be responsible for bringing together the worldwide Finance Community through various communication events and channels, creating compelling, engaging and impactful content, maintaining the Finance communication channels and tools, and building a community of Change and Communication champions. In this role, you will liaise & partner closely with the Finance, Internal Communication, and HR communities and finance transformation project change and communication leads. 

II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:

  • Manage the worldwide Finance Communication channels and tools - including Finance intranet, monthly newsletter, and Teams channel.  This includes creation and management of content. 
  • Coordinate and organise events with various Finance participants (e.g. Finance spotlight, townhall meetings, finance career days, IFLT Seminars, and ad hoc presentations), based on a strong understanding of the context, audience and materials 
  • Work closely with internal and externals partners to maintain and continuously improve the tools used 
  • Develop new and innovative ways of communicating to the community across multiple markets and cultures 
  • Build high quality and sophisticated content for executives (presentations or videos) to showcase key Finance activities  
  • Facilitate and support ad hoc communication requirements from Finance Leaders and Managers 
  • Build a change and communication community, in support of the finance transformation projects 
  • Analyse Key Performance Indicators of all communication activities to measure its impact and help inform communication strategies

  • Previous experience leading diverse and collaborative working relationships across multiple teams in an international context. 

IV. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, or similar 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication related role. 
  • Possess impeccable English verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.). 
  • Proficient in using and applying SharePoint, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems (CMS), and creative digital tools (Photoshop, Camtasia, InDesign, etc.). 
  • Ability to query and manipulate data 
  • Ability to do visual story telling
