Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.
The Finance Analyst position lies within the UK Trade Investment function. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be working closely with Sales, so get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders!
Your primary responsibility will be working closely within the Sales Team to ensure every penny of our Trade Spend is accounted for in the forecast & reconciled in the actuals. You're constantly looking for improvement activities to understand and control our Commercial Balance Sheet for a large set of customers.
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing the Commercial Balance Sheet
  • Partnering with the Sales Teams to ensure our Forecasting system is accurate with product pricing & promotions
  • Providing visibility in all Balance Sheet movements and variances
  • Ensuring Trade accruals are accurate & understood at period end
  • Identifying issues in Customer deductions and support in resolution


Qualifications

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (you'll need to use V-lookups and pivot tables)
  • IT Literacy including experience of Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Explorer
  • Finance/Economics degree preferred
  • Prior experience/internship in a Commercial/Finance role preferred
  • Prior experience of SAP preferred
