  • Understand and own the reporting cycles to our key partners, with a focus on accuracy and transparency.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and data sets to understand, track and explain performance.

  • Support the delivery of forecasts, budgets and reporting packs used by senior stakeholders to shape decisions.

  • Use monthly performance data to highlight risks and opportunities and help drive action within the business.

  • Build effective working relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations and Sales, becoming a go‑to person for insight on our partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis (20%): Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers, translating findings into practical recommendations.

  • Forecasting Support (20%): Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting, challenging assumptions and ensuring plans reflect the latest business outlook.

  • Stakeholder Support (10%): Partner with Commercial, Operations, Sales and Finance teams to provide timely insight, answer queries and support informed decision‑making.

  • Reporting & Insight Development: Improve reporting processes, dashboards and performance metrics to enhance visibility of key business drivers.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support senior stakeholders with scenario modelling, business cases and other ad hoc analysis.

Your Skills, Experience and Mindset

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience working with complex data and performance reporting.

  • Confident using Excel and financial planning tools; exposure to BI or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.

  • Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions and solving business problems.

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective communicator, able to present complex information clearly to finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

  • Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and think holistically about risks, opportunities and value drivers.

  • Open‑minded about background: you may be newly qualified in a finance role in industry, or bring similar experience from advisory, consultancy, transaction services, M&A or corporate finance. We’re especially interested in people who have gravitated towards commercial and strategic work rather than pure controllership.
