About The Role:

As a Field Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field operation process.

This position is a field position that requires daily travels.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving monthly targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.

  • Field meetings with potential customers.

  • Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.

  • Multitask between different communication channels.

  • Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English – Mandatory.

  • Driver’s license - a must.

  • Flexibility in working hours is required.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in all MS Office products.

  • Enjoy working as part of a team.

  • Hebrew – an advantage.
