About the Role:
Remitly is increasing its investment in building new products to provide customers additional value offering a variety of financial services. As a Platform Data Analyst, you will work with the Payments and Banking teams to ensure and drive the growth of Remitly's products.
The data analyst should master the skills of data analysis, business understanding, drive insights for data and become a subject mater expert of your domain being the main focal point for accounting, finance and product teams.
You Will:
Collaborate with product and engineering managers to support strategic product initiatives.
Build monitoring & alerting processes for tracking both feature performance and financial integrity.
Present data findings in a clear and coherent manner to facilitate stakeholder understanding and impact the product roadmap.
Conduct ad hoc research and investigate data anomalies.
Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to enhance efficiency, quality and insight generation.
You Have:
4 years of experience in the data analytics space
Advanced proficiency in SQL enabling comprehensive database querying and complex data manipulation
Ability to present complex information in easily understood visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker etc.).
Ability to present in English the analytical story to executives, domain owners, and partners
You are a true Owner who is capable to manage a data project E2E
Possess a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical mindset.
