The Field Marketing specialist leads regional marketing efforts for Asset Managers, developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified demand, and support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, events, and content.

You'll partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to shape sector marketing plans, deliver high-impact campaigns, and execute standout events — translating complex value propositions into compelling content, experiences, and enablement tools that resonate with sophisticated institutional audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Integrated Campaigns: Execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing programs, working with the broader marketing team, including digital, email, in-person activations, account-based marketing tactics for priority accounts and follow-up, aligned with regional business objectives and client priorities.
  • Content & Messaging: Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt thought leadership, case studies, and content produced by central marketing teams for the EMEA Asset Management audience, and build campaign-specific collateral (emails, landing pages, sales assets) that resonates with institutional buyers.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage high-touch events such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars to deepen client relationships and drive engagement.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyse KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI.
  • Sales Enablement: In partnership with Product Marketing, equip business development teams with customized presentations, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to accelerate deal cycles in partnership with product marketing.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and support the sector marketing plan.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools - Salesforce and Adobe Marketo are a bonus!
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language (French, German, Italian) a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Business casual atmosphere in a flexible working environment.
  • Team focused culture that promotes innovation and ownership.
  • Access cutting edge investment reporting technology and expertise.
  • Private medical insurance, private dental insurance, Healthcare Cash Plan, discounted gym membership + other discounts.
  • Industry competitive pension contributions.
  • 34 days initial holiday allowance (increasing with each year of tenure) + 2 days annual Volunteer Time Off.
  • Continual learning, access to learning tools, professional development, defined and undefined career pathways allowing you to grow your own way.
  • Annual 3 weeks ‘work from anywhere in the world'.
