Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive commercial and field marketing in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Director (International), this role will lead and implement our commercial & field marketing strategy for the UK.

We are looking for an experienced integrated digital and events marketer with SaaS / Cloud experience. The person should be familiar with inbound and outbound motions. The successful candidate is proficient in understanding the customer/prospect journey, and has robust experience in demand generation programs, pipeline creation, field events, campaigns, digital, and end-to-end conversion of marketing leads. The person will work closely with the commercial sales team (based in India), and other sales teams in UK and Europe - Business Development (BD), Account Executive (AE) and Account Manager (AM) to drive alignment and lead follow-up & conversion.

  • Lead regional marketing execution to drive pipeline growth and improve funnel conversion.

  • Own strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs, events (owned and 3rd party) and webinars. The person will collaborate cross functionally to drive email and nurture campaigns and digital marketing.

  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results. 

  • Own quarterly planning cycle with sales and functional teams for interlock, and share plans proactively with stakeholders at QBR (Quarterly Business Review).

  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with brand, campaigns, customer and product marketing teams to provide feedback on content, campaigns and prospecting within existing customer segments and identify opportunities for new business initiatives.

  • Work with the product marketing team to develop insights and contents for commercial events (eg presentation slides, panel discussion questions).

  • Understand marketing customer segmentation and value proposition; provide feedback on how to meet specific market needs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing with experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing events, webinars and integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for the business.

  • Proven ability and experience to collaborate with internal stakeholders - sales, product marketing, campaign managers, business development.

  • Experience in collaboration with partner marketing is a strong plus.

  • Solid capabilities in working with diverse teams to implement global and regional marketing priorities.
