You will create high-touch regional marketing programs to generate quality pipeline, progress prospects through the sales cycles, while remaining focused on customer retention and expansion opportunities.

In this role, you will influence and drive various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization and showcase a high level of autonomy while managing a variety of priorities. Your day-to-day will include moving between strategy and execution of field marketing initiatives and iterating on current programs based on results/outcomes. You will have end-to-end program ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

The everyday hustle:

  • Strategically plan and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline generation and acceleration, as well as customer retention and expansion.
  • Plan, promote, coordinate, and implement field marketing programs to include: third-party sponsorships and tradeshows, self-produced events, partner events, customer marketing events, digital programing, and more.
  • Drive customized, high value client experiences aligned to sales goals, and in support of lead generation.
  • Develop regional ABM strategy, playbooks, and programs utilizing a variety of marketing channels (events, social media, ads, partner enablement, email, direct mail campaigns, etc.) and targeting different account tiers and buyer personas.
  • Manage vendor relationships, partner relationship, program budget and ad hoc broader corporate projects.
  • Work strategically with partners and resellers to advance pipeline and mindshare in a new region.
  • Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 years of experience in a field marketing role at an innovative, fast-paced technology company.
  • Highly skilled in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns including live events, virtual events, and digital programing.
  • Energy and enthusiasm with experience supporting and engaging with sales and customer success organizations.
  • A self-starter with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time.
  • Aptitude for working partners to drive efficiency and optimum outcomes. 
  • Highly driven by relationship building and relationship management.
  • Ability to manage budgets and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to travel when required.
