Position Summary:


The Associate Marketing Director for the Puppet Marketing Team at Perforce is searching for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team in the EMEA region. We are looking for an individual who will play a key role in driving demand generation and customer expansion throughout EMEA with a focus on the SEMEA, BENELUX, DACH, NORDICS, UK&I subregions. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated success in managing, tracking, and executing a diverse range of marketing programmes and events. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans: Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that aligns marketing activities with key initiatives and goals, then execute plan with collaboration from cross-functional, demand generation, marketing, and regional sales teams. 
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing programmes: Develop and execute an account-based marketing programme marketing and sales teams that align with account development plans for net new and expansion.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance: Track key metrics such as lead generation, event attendance, and ROI to optimize future campaigns. Fine tune the EMEA strategy to improve performance across all key metrics with the ability to rapidly pivot and adapt to ever-changing circumstances. 
  • Plan and execute in-person events: This may include webinars, workshops, user groups, conferences, and other events to engage target audiences.
  • Utilize and manage third party vendors: Identify and manage 3rd party vendors to help deliver your marketing plan ensuring goals are reached
  • Collaborate Global Marketing Teams: Work closely with Global marketing, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness - continuously optimizing with effective ways to amplify and adapt campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience in a similar role covering the EMEA region 
  • Strong, hands-on, digital and in-person events management, ranging from small practitioner workshops to large tradeshows and conferences 
  • Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, results driven, collaborative, and flexible
  • Strong communication skills required for working with global marketing team 
  • Experience with common marketing technologies and tools (CRM, project management, web personalization, and ABM)
