The Role
As Field Marketing Manager at Veeva, you have the opportunity to learn from a high-caliber team at a high-growth company. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute field marketing plans, working with key stakeholders to define the goals, strategy, content, tactics, KPIs for the year
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events from planning, preparation to execution, and reporting
- Build integrated marketing campaigns utilizing various channels, content types, and tactics, including email marketing (Marketo), social, digital advertising, sales enablement etc.
- Work with internal teams such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to deliver field marketing programs for both customers and prospects
- Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers, leveraging LinkedIn, media publications, and other channels
- Help organize the annual Veeva Summit, including logistics, customer communities, internal and external communications, event app management, and reporting.
- Own the weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics for your area, leveraging the data to drive decision-making
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience (5+ years for Senior Manager)
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Well organized with very high attention to detail
- Proficient in delivering content via social media tools such as LinkedIn
- Growth-minded and a team player
Nice to Have
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs
- Experience with customer retention, cross-selling, and upselling campaigns
- Experience using Marketo
- Life sciences industry experiences a plus, but not essential
