Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on developing and implementing the complete marketing strategy for designated markets, aimed at generating awareness, demand, engagement, and renewal for Learnlight’s products and services. Collaborating with our Sales Teams, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and tailored to regional market dynamics, client segments, and buyer personas
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns using a mix of PR, social media, digital, events, and direct marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Create, localize, and manage marketing content and assets from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives and brand standards
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and share insights to inform cross-functional strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with revenue goals, while managing vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize programs and communicate impact to stakeholders and leadership

What You'll Offer 

  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, or another business-related field
  • Proven expertise in event planning, copywriting, and creative brief development, combined with outstanding writing, presentation, storytelling, and organizational abilities
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and experience using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Zoom, Google Analytics, and WordPress
