NetBox Labs is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Manager to lead and scale our field marketing efforts across Europe. This role will serve as the primary field marketing owner for the EMEA region, responsible for localizing and executing global field marketing programs while also developing region-specific initiatives that drive pipeline growth across multiple countries.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with regional sales, partners, and global marketing to deliver high-impact programs that increase awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth in EMEA. This is a highly autonomous role suited for a strong regional operator who can navigate the complexity of multi-country marketing and act as the voice of EMEA within the global marketing team.

You’ll be focused on increasing awareness of NetBox Labs within our ICP across EMEA while generating pipeline through events, partner programs, and localized campaigns.

In this role, you will:
  • Plan, produce, execute, and measure a portfolio of country-level, regional, and partner-led events across EMEA, and other regions as needed, both virtual and in-person

  • Localize global field marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to ensure relevance across diverse EMEA markets

  • Manage events end-to-end, including pre-event promotion, registration and attendance strategy, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and conversion

  • Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership, AEs, SDRs, and partners to align programs to regional pipeline and revenue goals

  • Measure and report on key performance metrics including pipeline influenced, sourced revenue, conversion rates, and net new contacts

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent programs across countries, vendors, and partners, balancing global consistency with local needs

  • Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and event regulations (e.g., GDPR), including consent and data capture best practices

  • Provide structured feedback to global marketing on regional performance, market needs, and program effectiveness

  • Train and enable internal teams on EMEA-specific field marketing programs, processes, and cultural insights.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership on goals, timelines, and execution details

You will work closely with:
  • Marketing Leadership to align EMEA field programs with global demand generation and pipeline goals

  • Product Marketing and Technical Marketing to deliver educational, community-focused virtual and in-person experiences tailored to EMEA audiences

  • The EMEA Sales and SDR teams to ensure tight follow-up, regional alignment, and high conversion on MQLs and event leads

  • The Partner Team to design and execute partner and distributor-led programs that drive net new leads and opportunities in-region

  • The Executive Team to provide visibility into regional performance and inform go-to-market strategy

It would be fantastic if you had the following background:
  • 4+ years of B2B software field marketing experience, including events, demand generation, and partner marketing

  • Prior experience owning EMEA or multi-country field marketing

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage many moving parts across countries and stakeholders

  • High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and comfort operating independently in a regional role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience working across time zones with geographically dispersed teams

  • Familiarity with regional compliance requirements such as GDPR and opt-in best practices

  • Comfort collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams in different cultural contexts

  • An iterative mindset with the ability to adapt programs quickly based on regional performance and feedback

  • Experience marketing to a technical audience, ideally within enterprise infrastructure or developer-focused software

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft)

Bonus points:

  • Previous work experience in networking or IT infrastructure space and/or high-growth B2B technology companies

  • Proficiency in a European language

  • Experience in building programs that successfully engage executive buyers

Our culture and values:
  • We own and solve problems with high attention to detail.

  • Our open source contributors, users, customers & team are all part of our community. When our community wins, we win.

  • We prioritize simplicity and think twice before adding complexity

  • Clear communication helps keep our team aligned and collaborating smoothly.
