Navan is at the forefront of redefining business travel and expense management. Our innovative platform streamlines processes, maximizes productivity, and empowers organizations to drive smarter spending decisions. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for dynamic leaders who can amplify our voice in the market and fuel high-impact demand-generation initiatives.

As Field and Content Marketing Coordinator for Southern Europe, you’ll be working directly with the regional marketing lead based in Paris- helping coordinate integrated field marketing programs that build brand presence and fuel high-quality pipeline across one of our key markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, Content, and other teams to tailor and activate campaigns that resonate with local audiences, support regional revenue goals, and strengthen Navan’s footprint across Southern Europe.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute high-impact initiatives with the support of the regional marketing lead: live and virtual events, trade shows/conferences, cobranded partner events, targeted unique experiences, and localized campaigns that target both prospects and key accounts.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance against KPIs, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize execution
  • Champion creative, agile, high-impact marketing execution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Localize, transcreate and translate existing copy and content and adapt it to culturally fit the French audience
  • Develop engaging content and creative copy specifically for the French audience (e.g. event speaking opportunities scripts, blog articles, outreach sequences and email flows)
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of content trends, industry best practices (travel, expense, tech, etc.), market trends, marketing channel developments and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Content, Marketing, Brand, Design and Product to coordinate and successfully execute projects

Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, content generation, or event management - ideally within B2B SaaS, travel/expense tech, or a high-growth technology context.
  • You have prior experience executing field marketing events and developing engaging marketing content that drives measurable results.
  • You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; you combine strong project management with execution discipline
  • You thrive working cross-functionally, collaborating with other teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Revenue and Marketing Ops to deliver aligned go-to-market impact.
  • You are analytical — comfortable using data to measure impact and iterate quickly on what works.
