Position Summary
Harness is looking for a Feature Management & Experimentation (FME) champion who is as passionate about building the next great software company as they are about assisting developers optimize outcomes from feature releases and helping sales exceed their numbers every quarter. This person will be the subject matter expert that sales teams leverage to engage with customers in sales opportunities and own and lead revenue generation with the Harness FME product across the sales organization. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to leverage subject-matter expertise to pioneer the sales motion for a specific product line while working closely with the cross-functional executive team.
About the Role
- Be the subject matter expert for FME focused sales opportunities
- Assist sales in account planning, discovery, and pipeline acceleration
- Build & deliver solution workshops to accelerate opportunity velocity to help speed opportunities to close
- Help sales exceed their number and win new enterprise logos
- Develop and deliver enablement for Sales
- Provide feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams
- Be data driven - including using Salesforce and other tools to track impact of your work
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including product management, product marketing, sales engineering, and sales development
About You
- Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- 3+ years of technical, sales, or relevant software development skills
- A track record of successful customer facing GTM roles
- Ability to effectively influence C-Level, IT, and business personas
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply to a range of audiences
- Excel working in a team environment
- Solid Sales acumen - sales process, account planning, and execution
- Understand the value of utilizing a strong sales methodology underpinned by Command of the Message and MEDDPICC when building pipeline and qualifying opportunities
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Willing to travel within Europe regularly
