Experiential Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and highly detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as an Experiential Marketing Manager reporting into the Head of Community.

In this role, you will help coordinate and manage a wide range of high-end experiential activations across the globe - including client-facing events such as lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, conferences, and seminars, as well as brand partnerships, merchandising, and sales activation campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure every project is executed seamlessly, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, high-quality experiences for our audience.

You will:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events from planning to execution
  • Build a brand partnership book by curating experiential activations such as VIP merchandise and offline awareness campaigns
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure projects align with business objectives, adhere to brand standards and timelines, and meet or exceed client expectations
  • Support contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers, and manage cost reporting and invoicing
  • Execute experiential marketing strategies under the guidance of the Head of Community, including the creation of visual assets, CRM campaigns, and identifying new and unique marketing activations
  • Coordinate investor experience initiatives and community-building projects in collaboration with the IR and Design teams
  • Communicate project details to internal and external stakeholders, enforcing timelines and brand standards
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical setup
  • Manage event registration and attendee tracking, including responding to enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Ensure events and campaigns comply with all applicable internal and external regulations and guidelines
  • Travel across Europe, the US, and Singapore as needed to support major on-site events

The next Moonfarian:

  • Has experience in hospitality, event management, experiential marketing, or a related field
  • Passionate about crafting exceptional experiences for people
  • Eager to build a career in luxury experiential marketing and brand partnerships
  • Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Fluent in business English; additional languages are a plus
  • A clear and confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experienced in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and working with vendors
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in the UK and open to international travel

If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!

Please note that we do not accept applications sent by email. You should submit your application directly through our careers website.

We can only accept applications from those eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role with office attendance required 4 days/week.
