Lead Moonfare's data strategy and execution, unifying Data Engineering and Analytics into a cohesive team. Build scalable data platforms, pipelines, governance, and compliance-ready architecture to support investment, investor relations, operations, and AI initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Product, and executives while contributing hands-on to technical design and delivery.

Lead and execute high-end investor-facing design across print and digital: fund brochures, long-form content, events, templates and systems. Maintain and tighten the brand and fund marketing design systems, art-direct external partners, work within compliance constraints, and use AI tools to shift time from production to strategic craft.

Lead design and operation of investor community programmes and global event calendar to drive referrals and AUM. Build commercial partnerships, run high-touch advocacy for top investors, mentor marketing colleagues, and embed investor feedback and AI-enabled systems across the business. Measured on engagement, AUM attributable to community, partnership performance, and event-to-referral conversion.

Lead Moonfare's editorial agenda for investor-facing private markets content: research and produce thought leadership, reports, newsletters, web and script copy; run the editorial calendar and production pipeline; partner with Investments, Research and Brand; ensure accuracy and financial-promotions compliance; use AI to accelerate drafting while owning editorial judgment; track engagement signals to refine the slate.
