Build scalable data platforms, pipelines, governance, and compliance-ready architecture to support investment, investor relations, operations, and AI initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Product, and executives while contributing hands-on to technical design and delivery.

Lead design and operation of investor community programmes and global event calendar to drive referrals and AUM. Build commercial partnerships, run high-touch advocacy for top investors, mentor marketing colleagues, and embed investor feedback and AI-enabled systems across the business. Measured on engagement, AUM attributable to community, partnership performance, and event-to-referral conversion.
