About your role
We are seeking Experience Designers to join our rapidly expanding AI Experience Practice. As a leading management consulting firm in the technology space, we are building our experience design capabilities to meet increasing client demand for business transformation.
You will work within our clients' product squads, creating digital experiences that reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Working in cross-functional teams, you'll deliver innovative, user-centred solutions that drive business growth.
Whether you're a mid-level designer ready to take on more responsibility, an experienced senior designer looking to tackle complex challenges, or a design leader wanting to shape the future of digital experiences - we have opportunities at all levels.
This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with potential to extend into a permanent role

· Ready to tackle challenging enterprise-level problems with innovative solutions
We're looking for designers across different experience levels (2+ years) with:
· Hands-on experience in UX design for digital products
· Track record working on complex IT projects
· Proficiency in modern design tools (Adobe CS, Sketch, Zeplin, Figma)
· Experience with collaborative tools like Mural and Miro
· Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process in execution
· Knowledge of Agile/Lean UX methodologies
· Good workshop facilitation and presentation skills
More experienced candidates should also demonstrate:
· Team leadership and mentoring capability
· Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
· Complex project delivery experience
Location
· 2-3 days per week co-locating with our client team in Sunbury-on-Thames
· Occasional work from Infosys offices in London may also be required
