On The Infatuation design team, we create dining experiences people love, helping customers discover great restaurants, plan outings, and get more value from their relationship with Chase (including card benefits, events, travel, lounges, and dining partnerships).

As an Experience Design Senior Associate, you'll design end-to-end customer experiences across The Infatuation's digital products and Chase-connected journeys.  You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and partners across Chase to turn customer needs into clear, usable, and delightful experiences while maintaining the integrity of The Infatuation brand and user trust.

You'll help simplify complex flows, raise the craft of our UI and interaction design, and ensure our experiences are inclusive and accessible for a wide range of customers, from people who don't bank with Chase to highly engaged cardmembers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design user journeys and product experiences across web and mobile, from early concepts through final execution
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high quality work
  • Translate customer insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that reflects The Infatuation brand
  • Create experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and easy to use
  • Collaborate across teams (Chase Benefits, Dining, Travel, Lounges, Events) to connect experiences seamlessly
  • Contribute to design systems and patterns to help consistency and speed
  • Present work clearly, explaining decisions, tradeoffs, and what success looks like

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience designing digital products end-to-end (interaction, UI, and systems thinking)
  • Ability to simplify complexity and create intuitive flows for our customers
  • Highly collaborative, working in cross-functional teams and moving from ambiguity to clear, shippable outcomes
  • Solid craft in hierarchy, layout, interaction, and usability, and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Interest in restaurants, dining culture, and the real-world context of going out to eat

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience designing consumer products tied to memberships, benefits, loyalty, or payments
  • Experience working with a design system
  • Familiarity navigating a larger organization while building a product with its own brand and operating model
