About the Role

As an Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to our learners. You will ensure that all learners starting their experiences with BrainStation are excited and prepared for Day 1. You will continue to connect with our community throughout their course, including being present on campus, to ensure their experience is world class. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, technology, and community.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Experience Lead to execute world class experiences for BrainStation certification courses, corporate workshops and industry events
  • Connect 1-on-1 with all incoming professional learners for a personalized onboarding experience 
  • Continue to connect with learners throughout their learning experience including being present on campus and providing customized support as needed
  • Foster meaningful connections with alumni to drive ongoing engagement and community involvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement and growth mindset
  • Track and report data and feedback to measure course and event success 
  • Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer or client-facing role
  • Flexibility to support event and course operations in the evenings when required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to try new things and pivot as needed
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
  • A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience
  • Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
  • A passion for learning new skills
