Experience Coordinator
The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers, and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis - your role is to support them throughout this process and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout their entire journey.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Experience Lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation courses and events
- Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset
- Track and report data and feedback to measure course and event success
- Conduct student onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Instructors for course delivery
- Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and learners
- Resource event panelists for BrainStation events, building connections with industry experts
- Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience in a customer or client-facing role
- Strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to try new things and pivot as needed
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
- A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience
- Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organisation
- A passion for learning new skills
