Experience Coordinator 

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers, and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis - your role is to support them throughout this process and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout their entire journey. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Experience Lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation courses and events
  • Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Track and report data and feedback to measure course and event success 
  • Conduct student onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Instructors for course delivery
  • Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and learners
  • Resource event panelists for BrainStation events, building connections with industry experts
  • Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer or client-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to try new things and pivot as needed
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
  • A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience
  • Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organisation
  • A passion for learning new skills
