Do you have a passion for exceptional service and the game of golf? At TaylorMade Golf, we are looking for an Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of TaylorMade’s most exclusive fitting destination — The Kingdom at The Grove, Hertfordshire.

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to work at the heart of a world-class golf experience. The Kingdom is where PGA Tour professionals, VIP guests, and passionate golfers come for cutting-edge fittings and unforgettable moments. As the Kingdom Experience Coordinator, you’ll work Tuesday to Saturday and will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for every visit and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

A Snapshot of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a premium welcome to guests, including PGA Tour players, corporate VIPs, and golf enthusiasts.
  • Managing reservations and schedules for fittings, experiences, and events.
  • Coordinating guest experiences from booking through to on-the-day hosting.
  • Supporting retail operations: maintain stock levels, assist with merchandising, and process sales transactions.
  • Assisting with purchasing plans and inventory control, ensuring guest-facing items are always available.
  • Responding to customer queries, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards of The Kingdom
  • Tracking budgets and compiling reports, supporting operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with internal teams to uphold TaylorMade’s global standards and deliver flawless experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience in premium hospitality, golf operations, or luxury retail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills — confident, professional, and approachable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
  • A passion for golf and familiarity with the industry is highly desirable.
