Experience Coordinator 

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis as they move through their experience with BrainStation. Your role is to support them throughout this process to ensure excellent communication, organisation and support throughout their BrainStation experience.  

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Experience lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation courses and events
  • Resource event panelists for weekly BrainStation events, building connections with industry experts
  • Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and course delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Track and report data and feedback to measure course and event success 
  • Conduct student onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to instructors for course delivery
  • Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and students
  • Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to try new things and pivot as needed
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
  • A dedication to providing the best customer service and experience
  • Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
  • A passion for learning new skills
