  • Statistical Analysis of Experiments: Use your knowledge of statistics to evaluate and analyse test results, ensuring our hypotheses are validated and our conclusions are reliable.
  • Data ETL and Analysis: Use code (SQL, Python, R) to efficiently extract, process and analyse data and automate analysis workflows to evaluate experiments.
  • Visualise and Report Findings: Create clear presentations/reports to summarise and communicate the results of your analysis to internal teams and the client.
  • Education and Best Practice: Work with agency and client-side stakeholders to help educate them about experimentation and promote best practice implementation.

Who You Are (Essential Skills):

  • Commercial experience in a data science, analytics, or other quantitative role.
  • Proven experience and expertise in experimentation and knowledge of a broad range of causal inference techniques including A/B testing (RCT testing), geographic testing, causal impact analysis and econometric methods.
  • A good understanding of applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression.
  • Strong coding skills in SQL, Python or R for data ETL and analysis.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain your analytical methods and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • A genuine curiosity and a desire to learn and develop your skills in media measurement.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with digital media platforms and their data (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Google Analytics).
  • Experience and knowledge of specific experimentation offering from major digital platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon etc.)
  • Experience working with cloud data environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).
