Summary of Position:
NVE Experience Agency seeks a temporary Executive Event Producer in the UK to supervise and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution. The primary responsibilities are overseeing large project teams, developing ideas and concepts for an event, developing executable plans, overseeing operations, managing project timelines, directing staff, and coordinating technical and production teams.
Strong relationship skills, service mentality and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential to this role. They possess the ability to oversee multiple teams to successfully execute events. This is a management position that will supervise production teams while also overseeing overall event operations. An extensive background in event production is required and should have extensive knowledge in event design and layout, staging, lighting, sound, scenic elements, guest flow and timing, and overall event development skills.
This is a fixed-term contract position expected to run through the end of 2025, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight & Project Leadership
- Lead the execution of large-scale, complex events.
- Act as the senior escalation point for major project challenges, offering strategic solutions.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the project team to ensure efficient execution.
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to facilitate project success.
- Implement financial forecasting and revenue projections to support long-term event planning.
Client & Team Leadership
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality communication and service.
- Build and maintain relationships, providing strategic recommendations.
- Manage project expectations, scope, and deliverables to drive client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and accounts teams to align event execution with business goals.
- Promote a collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented team culture.
Project & Financial Management
- Oversee budgets and ensure financial efficiency across projects.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage project resources to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide financial oversight, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment with business goals.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Develop crisis response plans and contingency strategies for potential production challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, sustainability practices, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of proven event production experience required
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
- 4-5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Experienced in managing RFPs and pitch processes
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
- Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time

- Experience working in beverage and spirits categories
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items

Location:
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York City and London. The candidate for this role must be London based and able to travel to the London NVE workspace regularly.
