As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. 
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Executive Producer who will be responsible for all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will serve as the point of contact on the production side of all projects, being responsible for the third parties involved in the execution, development, and production of the creative deliverables.
To support the development of new events, the Executive Producer will research and periodically implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and experiential marketing.
Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Technical & Administrative Management
    • Manage a range of technical and administrative processes, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
    • Assess proposed technical changes (where alternatives are required) / modifications (where permanent change is required) in line with budgetary targets.
    • Support the Deputy Executive Producer directly on daily administrative tasks, including maintenance of global schedules, gantt and RACIs. 
    • Support the Deputy Executive Producer in ensuring the correct production paperwork is created by the local teams and updated across the global production bibles and supporting documentation. 
    • Ensure appropriate site visits are scheduled in line with the global production schedule. 
    • Ongoing assessment of production requirements with a goal to identify ongoing efficiencies for upcoming seasons. 
  • Budgeting
    • Support local producers in building and maintaining production budgets throughout the feasibility, sign off and operational stages of production. 
    • Ongoing monitoring of regional operational spends. 
  • Stakeholder Management 
    • Support local teams through the validation process of budget building, including assessing technical changes alongside key vendors and technical leads. 
    • Support local teams in contract processing in line with Fever policy and production requirements.  
    • Support with the management of global finance, to include invoice tracking and processing.
    • Support the Deputy Executive Producer in the HR responsibilities/communications of day to day operations. 
  • People Management
    • Coordinating with and assisting in the management of the Global Technical Director and Global Production Manager.
    • Responsible for managing HR responsibilities/communications of day to day operations. 
    • Manage the ongoing assessment of current profiles on both a global and local level including the identification of new/replacement profiles for the project. 
    • Management of local APs in the day to day management of live sites and reporting any points of concern to the relevant technical or business parties

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in the live production industry.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of LX, Sound and Video departments.
  • Very strong communication skills, including experience communicating with external stakeholders.
  • Strong budget competency.
  • A strong network of regional technical vendors.
  • Previous experience with permitting & insurance processes.

Our hiring process 

  • A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
  • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
  • A 30 min interview with the hiring manager
  • A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
