The Role
We're seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (Executive PA) to support our Chief Executive in running Framestore's Film & Episodic division. This role is the heartbeat of our executive team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork in our global environment. As an Executive PA, you'll be the right-hand person to our Chief Executive, helping them stay prepared, on schedule and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Your role involves being the organisational linchpin for the Chief Executive, navigating a busy schedule with finesse. You'll be the one ensuring all meetings, local and global, happen seamlessly, with all details meticulously coordinated. Building relationships across Framestore's global offices is key, as is occasionally supporting the Head of Production with administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in creating a smooth and efficient workflow for senior management, and it demands a blend of professional discretion, efficiency, and a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and Meeting Mastery: Managing the Chief Executive's diary and orchestrating all aspects of meetings, including coordination across different time zones and booking resources.

  • Travel and Event Coordination: Arranging travel details and organising client screenings and events, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

  • Administrative Excellence: Undertaking various administrative tasks such as organising and filing confidential documents, updating spreadsheets, and liaising with multiple departments.
