About the Role:
- Coordinating FM services for interviews, meetings and common areas
- To attend day to day calls received from internal customers at the help desk for resolving issues, queries, stationery requirements, cafeteria booking & any additional requirement of employees.
- To assist FM in organizing VIP visits and important client meetings as instructed
- To promptly notify desk/FM about issue observed if any
- Coordination with various teams during town halls & other events.
About You:
- Need to be graduated with a minimum of 02 years of experience in same profile
- Very good communication in English
- High standard of grooming
- Able to work in shifts
