We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an organised, proactive, and responsive individual, you will ensure their day-to-day work runs smoothly, keeping them organized and providing day-to-day administrative support in the form of inbox management, travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence.

We will rely on you to:
- Provide an effective and responsive administrative service to the Marsh International Chief Financial Officer, Marsh Risk Business & Client Services Leaders.
- Maintain and manage a busy diary, organising internal and external appointments. considering current priorities, global time zones and the need for focus time.
- Be able to prioritise, particularly when it comes to putting together executives’ calendar and determining the importance of various tasks, meetings, and assignments.
- Monitor inbox, responding to emails where appropriate, flagging them for later discussion.
- Coordinate and arrange complex business trips including meeting itineraries, flights and accommodation.
- Take notes/actions at regular meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues and clients across the globally and internationally.
- Reconcile expense claims and credit card statements.
- Act as a ‘gate keeper’ to ensure non-essential tasks are given low priority.
- Planning client meetings and events and/or coordinating with event planners.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
What you need to have:
- Experience working in a similar Executive Assistant role which demonstrates your ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to plan and organise self and others.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise pace over perfection when needed.
- Approachable & sociable personality.
- Sound knowledge of I.T. especially MS Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
