Executive Assistant to EMEA Sales Organisation

Based in London OR Paris - Fluent English Speaker Required.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA support to a number senior sales leaders located across EMEA.

This is a critical role that requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner—anticipating needs, managing diaries and travel arrangements, and liaising with contacts at client organisations.

Your responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel. Prioritise and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Communication: Prepare communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in the set-up of sales meetings and other events, including creating agendas, preparing materials, and managing follow-up activities.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Data and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Expense Management: Process and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Your qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a sales or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential. An additional EU language would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Mac and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • High proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
  • Experience in a sales environment and an understanding of sales processes is a significant advantage.
