Job Description
CRFS is looking for a proactive, high-energy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In this role, you will be the operational "center of gravity," ensuring that our executive functions run seamlessly. You will manage complex global logistics, facilitate high-level commercial activities, and enable the SLT to drive the vision of CRFS.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar & Workflow Management: Managing high volume calendars, orchestrating meetings, working across time-zones to makes sure our executive team are accessible and effective
Commercial & Operational Support: Assist in monitoring KPI’s, pipelines and operational tracking tools; Ensure latest data and presentations in key meetings
Logistics and operational support: Travel management and booking, project support and expense management for the SLT
Basic Requirements
Experience: high calibre experience of being a EA, ideally within a global technology, defense, or high-growth engineering environment.
Multi-Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to balance the competing priorities of multiple senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Discretion: You handle sensitive information regarding company strategy and financial targets with absolute confidentiality.
