Job Description

As our new Executive Assistant (EA), you will support consulting Partners, playing a crucial role to ensure seamless operations and making a significant impact on our success. Your contribution will be vital in helping our executive team function smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders, gaining insights on how a fast-growing consulting business operates. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be a vital part of our commercial operations and make a tangible impact on our business.

This role offers a blend of administrative and commercial involvement, providing a platform for professional growth and development in a thriving industry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Partner’s diaries
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Partner
  • Organising and manage meetings
  • Preparing meeting agendas and materials
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Arranging travel plans
  • Handling expenses and timesheets
  • Creating, editing, and maintaining documents such as reports and presentations
  • Monitoring leads and client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and suggesting next steps
  • Updating client information on the CRM
  • Supporting recruitment activities by helping with interview scheduling and feedback administration.

  • Understanding of client dynamic and context around project work

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

You must be fluent in English.
