About the Role

 You will play a key role in supporting the Global Analytics Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This position requires a self-motivated, organized individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate with global teams, and handle sensitive information with discretion. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other Executive Assistants and team members to enhance efficiency and maintain strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars across international locations.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Plan and execute team activities, including meetings, off-sites, and morale events.
  • Track key deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-ups on outstanding tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle team space management, including moves and reconfigurations.
  • Assist with documentation and ensure readiness for meetings and projects.
  • Build and foster a positive, engaging team culture through morale-building activities.


Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven track record in executive-level calendar management.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in leading and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
  • Knowledge of designing processes to enhance efficiency.
