You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other Executive Assistants and team members to enhance efficiency and maintain strong organizational culture.
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars across international locations.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
- Plan and execute team activities, including meetings, off-sites, and morale events.
- Track key deliverables, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-ups on outstanding tasks.
- Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
- Handle team space management, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Assist with documentation and ensure readiness for meetings and projects.
- Build and foster a positive, engaging team culture through morale-building activities.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven track record in executive-level calendar management.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Expertise in leading and implementing process improvements.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
- Knowledge of designing processes to enhance efficiency.
