Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Support professional to join our London office in Chancery Lane.
This is a varied role combining executive support, office coordination and front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring our senior leaders are effectively supported while maintaining a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support:
- Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to senior leaders.
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling, travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and other business documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across leadership teams.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve challenges.
Office Management:
- Support the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe, organised and productive workplace.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment and meeting room readiness.
- Liaise with facilities teams, building management and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with health and safety processes, office compliance activities and workplace standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve office systems, processes and employee experience.
Reception & Front-of-House:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and business partners.
- Deliver a professional, friendly and welcoming reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, post and deliveries.
- Maintain reception and communal areas to a high professional standard.
- Support onboarding activities and assist new starters as required.

- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or similar support role.

- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and confident stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Desirable
- Experience in office facilities coordination and vendor management.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements within an office environment.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
