We believe that AI-natural recruiters who balance input, intervention and empathy will redefine our profession. We look for people with unreasonable standards for excellence — high-agency operators who take ownership and win.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Jr Executive Assistant who thrives on organisation, detail, and getting things done. This is a hands-on role — a mix of executive assistant support and operational administration. You’ll work directly with the Founders to keep the rhythm of business running smoothly day-to-day, from inboxes and calendars to basic finances, reporting, and systems.

The right person will be naturally proactive, resourceful, and unflappable — someone who takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Experience in modern environments using internal tooling designed for speed such as Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Superhuman, Zoom, Figma, Linear etc would be extremely useful, as is familiarity of using AI day to day for efficiency, report building etc.

Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more operational responsibilities as the business scales, but the core of this role is execution and support for the foreseeable future.

What You’ll Do

Founder Support
  • Manage the Founders’ calendars, inboxes, and communications with precision and absolute discretion.

  • Organise meetings, calls, travel, and logistics — ensuring the Founders’ time is always spent on the right things.

  • Handle follow-ups, reminders, and document preparation for internal and external meetings.

  • Assist with personal admin, travel, and general life management tasks where needed.

  • Flexible and available across different time zones when required.

Operations & Administration
  • Run recurring operational processes — invoicing, payroll, expenses, contract management, system administration, and general company upkeep.

  • Maintain and organise key systems and tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRMs, etc).

  • Liaise with accountants, HR, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of team members — setting up systems access, documentation, and contracts.

  • Pull together performance reports and operating reviews for clients and the internal team — gathering data, formatting summaries, and ensuring updates are accurate and timely.

  • Keep recurring reporting cycles and reviews on schedule, ensuring everyone has what they need ahead of time.

  • Support social media and PR efforts as and when required.

General Support
  • Assist with company-wide coordination, such as all-hands meetings, events, or key communications.

  • Plan occasional team socials and offsites that bring our culture to life — creating space for connection, creativity, and a bit of fun.

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects that help the company operate more efficiently.

  • Always look for small ways to improve how we organise, track, and communicate information.

About you
  • Experience in administration, operations, or assistant work in a startup or small business environment is ideal.

  • Exceptionally organised with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

  • Great written communicator — clear, concise, and polite under pressure.

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with complete discretion.

  • Highly detail-oriented and thorough — you double-check everything by instinct.

  • Confident using productivity and reporting tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Sheets, etc).

  • Enjoys being the operational backbone — the person who quietly ensures everything just works.

Why This Role

You’ll work directly with the Founders and gain exposure to every area of the business. It’s a role for someone who loves keeping things organised, running efficiently, and improving how a company operates day-to-day. Over time, there’s room to grow into deeper operational ownership as the business expands.
