You will serve as a force-multiplier for Co-founder Raj Kohli, owning his operation flawlessly to unlock access to healthcare nationwide. This high-intensity role involves managing complex logistics, inbox triage, and action tracking within a fast-growing team. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the leadership focus remains strictly on scaling NHS infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Full ownership of the Co-founder’s calendar and inbox, prioritizing high-leverage strategy over noise and protecting essential deep-work time.

• Drive meeting excellence by preparing all materials, briefing attendees, and relentlessly chasing action items to 100% completion.

• Manage personal and professional logistics, including travel, expenses, and the founder's daily wellness routines to ensure peak performance.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years as a top-tier Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a Founder or C-suite executive in a high-growth startup environment.

• Obsessive attention to detail with a ""zero-error"" mindset and the ability to remain calm and effective during 60+ hour work weeks.

• Proactive communicator with the judgment to make independent decisions and a genuine passion for transforming healthcare through technology.
